All Precision specializes in manufacturing and designing custom parts for any number of machines. I wanted the logo to reflect the precise nature of the name and company, keeping it very clean and simple. I also wanted it to be very scaleable and usable on everything from large scale signage to embroidered hats.
Since the logo is so clean, I wanted the business cards to be simple and elegant. The logo is diecut out of the front to give it a three-dimensional, tactile feel. This company is all about manufacturing, so the card needed to reflect the importance of manufacturing within the production.
Process
The logo went through a lot of editing and the text took a long time to nail down. I ended up building my own typeface based on a pre-existing one.
